Waiver

_____________________________________________________________ agrees to pay a cash-only deposit of $300.00 for the package rental per unit and/or a cash-only deposit of $500.00 for a single jet-ski rental, which is required as a security damage deposit which would be held a day of your rental and returned to you upon pick-up and inspection of all Jet-Skis. A rental contract and release of liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risks, and indemnity agreement must be signed by the renter. We accept Cash / Venmo/Facebook pay / Cashapp/Zelle. Renters are responsible for all physical damage to equipment billed at $200 per inch. The primary renter of your party must be 25 years of age, with no exceptions. Drivers must be 18 years of age or older, and no one under the age of 5 may ride on the Jet-Ski.

For any consideration of electing and being allowed to participate in certain recreational activities including Jet Ski Rentals at Wave Catchers Mobile Jet-Ski Rentals. the above-named customer and customer’s parent or guardian (if the customer is a minor) does hereby (1) acknowledge the danger and assume the risk of participating in the activities; and (2) expressly and forever waive and release any and all claims, proceedings, or actions for personal injury, death, or any loss or damage whatsoever (the "damages") that customer may suffer arising out of or in connection with customers participation in the activities, and customer further releases and agrees to hold harmless Wave Catchers Mobile Jet-Ski Rentals, and each of their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers and directors, agents, employees, predecessors, and the heirs and successors arising out of customer's participating in any activities. The customer also accepts financial responsibility for the loss of or damage to any equipment used by the customer. The customer further acknowledges that the activities are provided by Wave Catchers Mobile Jet-Ski Rentals or its agents and that any controversy arising in connection with this Waiver and Release or the participation by the customer in the Activities shall be governed by (Country) law and shall be adjudicated in the appropriate forum located in The Country heirs, successors, and assigns of each of them from any and all liability for damages to customer or customers.

NOTICE: by executing this waiver and release, the customer agrees to abide by all of the rules and laws relating to the activity (including without limitation those on the reverse side of this WAVIER AND RELEASE) and guests. 

AGE AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

The customer is 18 years old or over, customer represents that the customer is in good physical condition and knows of no reason why he or she should not participate in the customer’s chosen Activities. Only customers 18 years old or over may operate Jet-Ski. Children may not drive Jet-Skis. The renter must provide a photo ID and proof of current motor vehicle insurance when renting the unit. Any other participants driving the motor craft must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be listed on the rental agreement. All renters are required to complete a safety course with Wave Catchers Mobile Jet-Ski Rentals upon retrieving their rented Jet-Skis. By signing this liability agreement, the customer is aware alcohol is prohibited while in possession of Wave Catchers Mobile Jet-Ski Rentals equipment.
